Carlos Lara, author of The Green Record (Apostrophe, 2018), and Dominique Salas, author of Unoriginal Danger (Trembling Pillow, 2019)

Carlos Lara is the author of the forthcoming Like Bismuth When I Enter (2018 Nightboat Poetry Prize Winner), The Green Record (Apostrophe, 2018) and co-author, with Will Alexander, of The Audiographic As Data (Oyster Moon, 2016). He is also the author of a chapbook called God Wave (Evidence; Montreal). His poetry and translations have appeared in Lana Turner, Seedings, Vestiges, Flag + Void, Posit, and Gulf Coast. He abides in Los Angeles with his wife and son.

Dominique Salas, born and raised in El Paso, Texas, is a PhD student at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Her work has recently appeared in Apogee, jubilat, and Bennington Review.
