DhammaMKE is a group practicing seated anapanasati "mindfulness of breath" meditation. Sits typically consist of two twenty-minute sessions with walking meditation in the middle and a brief reading in closing. Please supply your own cushion, blanket, or block to sit on. Chairs are also available. All are welcome.
